Welcome to my ever-expanding collection of music and sounds of nature with 5, 3, 2 and 1-minute Tibetan bell timers added to make them ideal for Reiki and Yoga practice. When I started this collection it was only meant to be one video for my own use as I wanted some sounds of the sea and a gentle timer to remind me when to change positions. It surprised (and delighted) me when I noticed how many views this original timer was getting and so I just kept uploading.
I spend a ridiculous amount of time selecting the sounds and music that I choose for my timers as I’m always looking for a very specific sound/feeling. I only upload music that I enjoy listening to and I hope that you enjoy it at least as much as I do. Over time I have started to include visuals with the timers which I feel complement the tone of the music and in response to requests from listeners, I have made some of these images available either on Pixabay as free downloads or on Etsy for you to purchase.
