
I was introduced to Bach Flower Therapy in my first year of Naturopathic study and I remember feeling extremely sceptical as I was strictly into food, supplements, herbal remedies and exercise at that stage. So it was a huge surprise to me when I tested them out on myself and discovered how well they worked. Bach Flowers can be taken alone, or along with any other form of traditional or alternative medicine. Unlike other homoeopathic treatments, they can be taken with food and are not made ineffective by coffee. They are completely safe for all age groups, with no side effects, you can not overdose on them and if you take the “wrong” remedy it will do no harm. In my experience, they are the gentlest, and safest of all naturopathic treatments and although their effects are often subtle, they are also extremely effective.
